A simple raglan blouse with small side slits and a slightly longer back.
It is knitted from the bottom up, body and sleeves are joined and finished together.
Perfect if you’re not so keen on fitting, as it only requires a few stitches under each sleeve.
The simple shape makes it ideal for making your own, for example with seed stitch or other textured patterns – the only limit is your imagination.

It was originally designed for my own daughter, who wanted a nice soft and fluffy blouse without being too thick.
She chose the name because the first thing she said when she put it on was: this is my Hygge Blouse
So far it’s size 2 to 10 years, but I’m sure Mom will get her very own Hygge Blouse at some point.
I knitted it in Garzato Fleece from Lana Grossa, both because it’s a wonderfully soft yarn, but also because it has a running length of 225 meters and is knitted on large needles.
Garzato Fleece is one of my absolute favorite yarns from Lana Grossa, it’s originally a winter yarn, but I’ve convinced them that it can easily be used in the summer as well, so hopefully they’ll keep producing it this summer as they have for the past 3 years.
The yarn is a bit special because it is a thin black thread where they have gathered all the delicious fibers on the outside. This creates a mottled look that is unique to this yarn.
