Charlotte’s Poncho is one of my favorite projects. I didn’t actually mean to design this poncho. When Charlotte, who I have used as a model for several of my designs, asked if I could knit her one in red to use for the election, I couldn’t resist \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n

I have chosen to knit it in Alpaca Storm from Viking. Quite simply, it’s an absolutely fantastic yarn that’s full-bodied, incredibly soft and, most importantly, lovely to knit with.<\/p>\n\n

The story of Charlotte’s Poncho<\/h2>\n\n

Charlotte Roest has been a model for several of my designs over the years and through that we have developed a great friendship. When Charlotte needed a poncho for the upcoming cold weather while harvesting the votes this fall, she asked for one in the Party color. Charlotte was later elected for List A in N\u00e6stved. She still shows off the Poncho at every opportunity.<\/p>\n\n

It’s been fun to knit one of these to order. Now you can also knit than and you can make it in all sorts of other “party” colors if you wish. I think it’s beautiful in red myself – regardless of politics<\/p>\n\n

It’s a poncho knitted in double Storm, so it’s thick and warm. As the yarn is very dimensionally stable, it doesn’t grow during the day. This makes it great to wear as outerwear with a thinner jacket\/blouse underneath.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Rome Ponchoen er Stines mest strikkede opskrift. Igennem \u00e5rene er der solgt mere end 1000 opskrifter af denne model. I det hele taget er en Poncho noget af det som Stine ynder at strikke. Det er blevet til flere meget strikkede emodeller. Herunder Putte Poncho og den s\u00e5kaldte Charlotte Poncho, som hun strikkede til hende da Charlotte Roest blev valgt ind i byr\u00e5det. R\u00e5dgivning Stine har igennem webshoppen filato.dk, der nu fungerer alene som strikkeblog samt i hendes fysiske forretning i Pr\u00e6st\u00f8, brugt sine evner til at r\u00e5dgive kunder hver eneste dag. Den professionelle tilgang til garn og opskrifter har hjulpet mange mennesker fra hele Danmark I 2018 valgte Stine at lukke sin fysiske forretning og g\u00e5 100% ind p\u00e5 strikke designs F\u00e5 ekspert hj\u00e6lp N\u00e5r man designer s\u00e5 meget som Stine har gjort, s\u00e5 kan det naturligvis v\u00e6re en udfordring at kunne hj\u00e6lpe alle.
