The Spring Poncho for kids is an ultra-lightweight poncho that warms in all the right places.<\/p>\n\n

It’s simple with a beautiful lace pattern on the front, decorative buttons on the side and a round neck<\/p>\n\n

It weighs almost nothing and therefore won’t interfere with children’s play.<\/p>\n\n

It’s knitted on 4.5 needles, so it doesn’t take long to make a little surprise for the little ones.<\/p>\n\n

It’s knitted in Lana Grossa Alpaca 400, which is a soft yarn. slightly fuzzy yarn with a running length of 375 meters. The small sizes can be knitted with just one skein. <\/p>\n\n

After making this one, I got sweet requests to make a similar one for adults, but it’s a direct descendant of this cute poncho for kids.<\/p>\n\n

Lana Grossa has some truly unique yarns and very different from many other yarn companies. They have their basic assortment like any other company, but as something very special, they also make seasonal yarns and this Alpaca 400 is a seasonal yarn that I hope they keep in their basic assortment, because it is absolutely fantastic to knit with and you get a lot for your money.
